Remote Assistance
Click on the link below to download the session plugin. Answer 'Yes' or 'Run' if you are asked to confirm and run the download. Once the plugin is installed, double-click on 'Encrypted Remote Session' to begin the remote session. The software will automatically uninstall at the end of the session.
